The following table shows the available configurations of the Compound Crusher HPC. It includes key parameters for cement raw material processing, such as throughput ranges, drive power, feed opening dimensions and maximum feed size. These values support the selection of the appropriate machine size for stable raw material processing as well as downstream process steps in the cement plant.

IMPACT CRUSHER
Combined crushing principles for the cement industry
The tertiary impact crusher, often also referred to as an impact mill and internationally known as an impact crusher, is used in the third crushing stage when fine crushing and the targeted production of high-quality end products are required. It ensures that pre-crushed material is precisely processed into crushed sand, fine chippings or high-quality chippings, achieving a defined particle size distribution for downstream screening processes. The HTI series is designed for controlled material flow and consistent end product quality. Through a coordinated crushing chamber geometry and wear liners, the particle shape in the fine range can be specifically influenced, which is particularly important for aggregate and sand production. Optional features such as hydraulic adjustments or HAZtronic® as an intelligent control system support rapid adaptation to changing requirements and increase operational reliability during ongoing processes. The result is reproducible particle size distribution under consistent operating conditions, high plant availability and economical fine processing for demanding applications.
