Jaw Crusher HJC – Designed for Extremely High Compressive Strengths

The Jaw Crusher HJC is applied to all mineral and ore bearing rocks in the construction and mining industries.

The typical Minerals are hard magmatic and metamorphic rocks like granite, basalt, gabbro and diorit, highly abrasive mineral ores like porphyry copper, iron ore, bauxite, lead, zinc and nickel and sedimentary rocks like limestone, dolomite and sandstone.

Product Characteristics

  • Optimized Crushing Chamber: Symmetrical V-shaped cavity, large toggle angle, long stroke, and optimized rotor speed allow for larger feed sizes, higher productivity, uniform output, and reduced jaw plate wear.
  • Heavy-Duty Movable Jaw Assembly: Integrates a forged heavy eccentric shaft, high-load bearings, and a design optimized through finite element analysis for maximum strength and stability. Labyrinth seals and a centralized lubrication system protect bearings from contamination, ensuring easy maintenance and extended service life.
  • Protective Jaw Plate Design: A heavy-duty protective plate above the movable jaw safeguards internal bearings from falling material during feeding.
  • One-Piece Bearing Seat: Precision-cast bearing seat ensures perfect alignment with the frame, reducing unnecessary radial pressure and enhancing bearing stability.
  • Quick and Easy Output Adjustment: Mechanical or hydraulic discharge opening adjustment offers faster, safer, and simpler operation compared to traditional shims, minimizing downtime.
  • Integrated Motor and Crusher Design: Motor chassis and crusher frame are integrated to save space and reduce V-belt length. The adjustable motor base maintains proper belt tension for longer belt life.
  • Shock Absorber Installation: Special rubber shock absorbers effectively reduce vibration and allow controlled displacement, minimizing stress on the foundation.
