The HAZEMAG Center Sizer HCS is a specialised solution for the controlled size reduction of pre-crushed mineral materials. Instead of using impact forces, the system applies compressive and shear forces between two counter-rotating rolls. This produces a consistent particle size distribution while reducing fines generation.
The Center Sizer HCS is used wherever stable, repeatable crushing is required, for example in the cement and aggregates industries or in industrial raw material processing.
