High throughput and flexible process design

The HAZEMAG HNM hammer mill is designed for the fine grinding of soft to medium-hard materials. It reliably processes limestone, gypsum, dolomite, clay, salts, phosphates and comparable raw materials, delivering reproducible product quality under defined operating conditions. The machine is designed for industrial applications requiring high throughput, stable processes and consistent product quality.

A key feature of the HNM is its twin-rotor design with freely swinging hammers. This supports consistent energy transfer and stable results when material properties vary. Product fineness can be adapted to the application using impact bars, spacer bars and grates.

The HNM hammer mill is primarily used in minerals processing, the building materials and cement industries, and other industrial applications involving continuous operation. Where required, grinding can be combined with integrated drying to reduce the need for additional processing stages.
